1. Order Processing & Production

All products are custom-manufactured and produced upon order confirmation. Production timelines vary based on product specifications, material availability, quantity, complexity, and final proof approval. Estimated production timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Orders will not enter production until full payment has been received and written proof approval has been confirmed where applicable.

Creative Printing and Signs reserves the right to extend production timelines due to supply chain interruptions, equipment failure, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

2. Shipping Methods & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or approved freight carriers at the Company’s discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing. All shipments are FOB Origin (Dahlonega, Georgia). Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Creative Printing and Signs shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring after transfer to the carrier.

3. Freight & Oversized Shipments

Large format signage, dimensional lettering, monument signage, and palletized orders may ship via freight carrier. The customer must inspect all freight deliveries prior to signing the bill of lading. Any visible damage must be noted in writing at the time of delivery. Failure to properly document damage voids any claim against the carrier and releases Creative Printing and Signs from liability.

4. Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Creative Printing and Signs shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from carrier delays, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other events beyond reasonable control.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, including re-delivery or return shipping fees, shall be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Georgia law, Creative Printing and Signs’ total liability arising from any shipment shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for lost profits, business interruption, or consequential damages.

7. Georgia-Specific Commercial Disclaimers

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or relating to shipments shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Lumpkin County, Georgia.

To the extent permitted under O.C.G.A. § 11-2-316 and related provisions of the Georgia Uniform Commercial Code, all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed with respect to shipping performance and carrier services.
